Our team includes two general dentists, in which one focuses his practice on oral surgeries. We have 1 amazing hygienist that is extremely knowledgeable and social with her patients.

Dentist
Dr. Rajeshwari Javali
Dr. Rajeshwari, also known as Dr. RJ, is a dentist originally from India. She earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree (B.D.S.) from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in 2010, followed by a Master of Dental Surgery (M.D.S.) specializing in oral medicine and radiology from the same university in 2014. During her academic journey, Dr. Rajeshwari achieved university rank-holder status and served as an associate professor in the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, where she contributed to various publications in national and international journals.
In 2019, Dr. Rajeshwari successfully attained Canadian Dental Equivalency, obtaining her board certification from the National Dental Examination of Canada in 2020. She is an active member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) and the Ontario Dental Association (ODA). Dr. RJ’s dental expertise extends to the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of dental conditions, including precancerous lesions. She practices general and family dentistry in Ontario and is passionately dedicated to preserving oral health. Outside the clinic, she indulges in her love for music, the arts, gardening, and exploring the world through travel.

Dr. Vikram Chugh
Dr. Chugh is a warm-hearted and gentle dentist born and raised in India. He began his dental journey by earning his Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery in India. Later, he pursued higher education in Canada and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Manitoba.
Dr. Chugh has a deep passion for his profession, offering a wide range of general dentistry services and crafting meticulous treatment plans with a strong focus on oral health. Dr. Chugh is committed to personal growth by continually advancing his skills through ongoing education. This dedication enables him to provide his patients with the most cutting-edge and advanced treatments. Beyond the dental chair, Dr. Chugh treasures quality time with family and friends. He is an avid reader who enjoys exploring the world of literature and takes delight in savouring various cuisines.

Dr. Prerna Dahiya, DMD
Dr. Prerna Dahiya is a dedicated and compassionate general dentist committed to providing high-quality dental care with a gentle touch. She earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in India and later obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from University of Manitoba, equipping her with a strong foundation in modern dentistry.
With a warm and friendly approach, Dr. Dahiya believes in making every patient feel comfortable and heard. She enjoys building relationships with her patients, ensuring they feel at ease while receiving the best possible care. Whether it’s a routine check-up or a more complex procedure, she takes the time to explain treatments and address any concerns with patience and kindness.
Beyond dentistry, Dr. Dahiya loves exploring new places, listening to music, and watching movies. She’s also a foodie who enjoys discovering different cuisines. Her passion for travel and culture allows her to connect with people from all walks of life, enriching her interactions both inside and outside the dental office.

At Churchill Smiles Dentistry, we will electronically submit your claim to your insurance provider. To find out what you are covered for, we will even give you a free benefits check.
Once your appointment is over, you pay us, and we file your claim. Then you are paid back by your insurance carrier within a few working days!
